Dehradun, September 23: Senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) functionary, Akhil Bharatiya Executive Member and former Sarkaryawah Suresh “Bhaiyyaji” Joshi met Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj at his residence on Wednesday and extended warm greetings to him on his 75th birthday.
During the meeting, Bhaiyyaji Joshi wished Satpal Maharaj a healthy, long and successful life. He appreciated the minister’s contribution to spirituality, social service and nation-building.
The two senior leaders also held discussions on several issues related to Uttarakhand’s development, preservation of the state’s rich cultural heritage, promotion of tourism and social harmony. Bhaiyyaji Joshi also appreciated the initiatives being undertaken by Satpal Maharaj in these areas.

Expressing gratitude for the birthday wishes, Satpal Maharaj said that the blessings and guidance of Bhaiyyaji Joshi have always been a source of inspiration.
He said the guidance of senior members of society provides encouragement for continuing work in the larger social and national interest.
Satpal Maharaj’s elder son, Shraddheya Ji Maharaj, was also present during the meeting.
