The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Uttarakhand has announced its district-wise media coordination team, assigning responsibilities to party spokespersons and office-bearers associated with the Media Contact Department across the state.
BJP spokesperson Honey Pathak has been given the responsibility of media coordination for Dehradun district. Pathak has been actively involved in the party’s media-related activities and will now oversee media coordination in the state capital.
For Chamoli, BJP state coordinator of the Media Contact Department Harish Chamoli has been assigned the responsibility. Sanjeev Verma and Bhuvan Joshi have been appointed as state co-coordinators of the Media Contact Department for Pithoragarh and Udham Singh Nagar, respectively.
The party has also assigned district-wise responsibilities to several state spokespersons. Satyaveer Chauhan will look after Uttarkashi, Manoj Jakhmola Rudraprayag, Kamlesh Raman Tehri, Naveen Thakur Haridwar, Shadab Shams Pauri, Vishwajeet Negi Bageshwar, Mathuradatt Joshi Almora, Suresh Chandra Tiwari Champawat and Gurvinder Singh Chandok Nainital.
The new appointments are aimed at strengthening the BJP’s media coordination and communication mechanism at the district level. The designated office-bearers will coordinate with the media and facilitate communication regarding party programmes, organisational activities and other political developments.
