The order, issued by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Krishna Kumar Mishra, prohibits the use of loudspeakers within a 200-metre radius of examination centres. The restrictions have been enforced to maintain law and order and prevent any disturbance during the examination.
Key Restrictions
Use of loudspeakers banned within 200 metres of exam centres.
Gathering of five or more persons prohibited near examination venues.
No rallies, processions, demonstrations, or public meetings without prior permission.
Sloganeering, provocative speeches, and circulation of objectionable material prohibited.
Carrying weapons, sticks, stones, or other potentially disruptive items restricted.
Any damage to government property will invite strict legal action.
The administration stated that the measures are aimed at providing a disturbance-free environment for candidates appearing in the examination. The order will remain in force until the completion of the NEET (UG) Re-Examination on June 21, unless withdrawn earlier.
Authorities have appealed to students, parents, and the general public to cooperate with officials and help maintain peace and order. Violations of the order will attract legal action under the relevant provisions of the law.
